Breast exam/ultrasound

Does anyone know anywhere in the Sussex/Kent area that I can get a
clinical breast exam and an ultrasound on both breasts?

I have major anxiety doing my own and cannot live this way.
I'm happy to pay privately for piece of mind.

Your Gp can arrange for you to have private breast ultrasound and a female Gp in the practise if thats not your normal Gp can do a manual exam every few months if necessary.

There are quite a few private hospitals that have a breast one stop clinic, google this and you will no doubt find one in your area. They can be expensive but you get results same day.

How long will you be reassured if you do do the above?

Thank you will take that on board and look into that.
I'm just not certain about the checks I'm doing I never know if what I'm feeling is a lump of just part of inside!

I'd be happy with a six monthly check and ultrasound to just put my mind at ease that I'm ok as they are always saying catch these things early and I'm scared I won't :(
