Pain upper left arm in mornings

Hi there all, I've suffered with anxiety most of my life - and coped !

My latest worry - on top of constant palpitations, is a pain in the upper left arm in the morning mostly.

I'm obviously concerned that this is a heart related problem, but something in me tells me that it's actually anxiety manifesting itself in a way that's new to me.

Does anyone else get this ?
