scared of ingesting/inhaling zinc and zinc fumes

I wore a sunblock/lip sunscreen that contains zinc and titanium dioxide today. I've heard people sometimes get something called metal fume fever from inhaling zinc.

Today I was eating hot food and I'm scared it might have heated up the zinc particles around my lips and I ingested or inhaled these particles. I don't know if I'm imagining it but suddenly I feel very nauseous and my heart is beating fast and I feel like I'm going to throw up. Do you think it's possible the metals could harm or poison me?

If a product is designed for your face/body/lips then its been rigourously tested for safety so you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

zinc fumes are an industrial problem in the workplace.
