    Amoryn

Has anyone used Amoryn? I've just bought some to try to take the edge of my anxiety, and would like to know if it's any good. It contains hyperforin, B vitamins and 5-htp.
    Thanks

Its a commercial blend for depression and anxiety

Hyporin is an active ingredient for St Johns wort
5- htp converts into seratonin and we all know about the vital B vitamins !!

It's not for acute anxiety as valerian root/passi flora is

Look forward to hearing how it suits you Frances
