Why am I on here, because I don't believe I have health anxiety. I don't understand what I am doing, just asking for reassurance I suppose, which I won't believe. My world began to shrink 5 years ago because I had to leave work because I couldn't get better. Lost my friends because no one can understand how I feel. I,m scared of changing how my family feel about me. I should be caring for my elderly father who thinks I feel a bit down! People have no idea. I,m am not myself, I m someone else who can only focus on my fears. I,m scared that people will only remember me like this. I want to help myself, but inside I don, t believe I can. It it just me who feels like this?
