I really need convincing that feelings are just feelings, whether they are bad feelings from anxiety/panicking etc.. Feelings can be so hard to deal with sometimes. Especially these ones

I think the hardest thing for me to convince myself of was that feelings and thoughts don't last forever! My anxiety started to fade a bit when I started to tell myself everything is finite! No one has ever had a constant panic attack forever. They do subside. Meditation helped me too. Here is a couple links to the ones I'm doing right now in case you want to try them
