Nausea & IBS

Have'nt had a bad bout of IBS for a while, but currently lots going on and stress levels are rather high, I can cope with the bowel problems but the nausea practically every time I eat is getting me down, anyone got any hints for helping this stop, or at least lessening it. thanks

I'm having exactly the same issues I started eating smaller portions during work but still get extremely lethargic and dizzy, getting to the point I'm not eating during work which isn't good. Dr gave me anti sickness and dizziness tablets along with IBS meds buscopan etc but the dizzy spells seem to be getting worse!

I have this going on as well! The smaller portions help to an extent that I still get really nauseous. I was also thinking about possible medications and their side effects which has me more worried..

Sometimes I get well not dizzy but a spacey kinda feeling, there seems to be no hard or fast rule with me, though a large meal will deffo kick things off, but then again if I dont eat much and have small meals it will happen as well. The kind of food i eat also has no why or wherefore, eat something one day fine, eat it next day and bam, nausea. I hate the whole unpredictability of this.
