sorry if asked the same question before, its the severe anxiety living with , one of my panic triggers is a pain or sorness around the heart area split second but can put you into total panic been to hospital 5 times 5 ekg bloods chest xrays all fine clear I was told before this was very common with anxiety suffers do a lot of people on this site suffer this thanks rodds

Yes. This is what started my anxiety again after it took a 6 year break. Now I've been stuck with it for the last 4 months. I also have had tests and they were fine.

It's very common and awful. I have been trying to work out what brings it on but I just don't know. It really pisses me off ��
I think exercise seems to help I have just joined a gym but need to stop smoking lol
