    Exclamation Panic Attack no.3

    I'm having a panic attack right now before its gotten full hold of me I'm managing to type this out..I'll feel like I'm losing my mind here..1St in the bedroom fixing a unit out the blue, 2nd at 01:35am while asleep horrendous!! 3Rd right now agitated to the maximum!!!

    I need help i can't even seem to remember what triggered this one they're coming out the blue!!
