Life is running away on me

Im 20 and I have done nowhere near as much as other people my age due to my anxiety.. I feel under a lot of pressure to do the things everyone else is doing and its making the anxiety worse.. I feel next thing you know It will be years later and I still will be a mess..

Life is a race not a marathon not everyone has to do the same things in life to be at a stage. Life your life for you my lovely and never let anxiety have you, everyday I say to myself I have my problems but they don't have me xx

The good news is you are still young and can change your habits etc that keep the anxiety going. You have heaps of time to master this. You can do it!
