Please could someone tell me how I get on chatroom. Only been here couple weeks, not worked it out. Really need chat I think for tips on helping stop my constant symptoms, adrenaline etc thank you. Pm me if you prefer.

Have you tried clicking on the Chat link at the top of the page.

Then it is just a case of ticking to say that you have read and understood the rules and entering.

If you have any problems let us know, if you can take a note of any error messages it helps us to work out what is going wrong.
