I'm going to work on Monday

This isn't quite a success yet, but I am planning on going back to work on Monday....after a week and a half off. Its a success that I even think I can do it...i think. Please pray for me that this goes well for me. Just a quick prayer after you read this will do wonders!!! Wish me luck...and I'll keep you posted.

Good luck! I am phasing myself back into work and I find breaking up the day into sections really helps e.g. before morning break, after morning break, lunch etc. Hope it goes well buddy,

Thank you all SO much!!! Can I say again how much i LOVE this site. It has helped me so much! Today went great! My co-workers were happy to see me back and I didn't feel anxious at all all day! Thank you! Thankyou! Thank you! for all the support!! I am still fighting this battle, but today was definately a breakthrough for me! I hope it continues to get better and better! Lots of exclamation points i know, but I'm happy!
