Does anyone know if too many tums can give you diarrhea?

I have no idea ... I imagine too many couldn't be good for you, but I usually find they make me constipated.

Yes I think swgrl is correct. Tums have calcium and that could cause constipation. But believe me anxiety caan cause all sorts of digestive issues, constipation, diarrhea, ibs, cramps...on and on.. And anxiety will easily override any side effects caused bt tums.
