Will propanalol stop feeling of running dyring panic?

Will propanalol prevent me from feeling like running away during the fight or flight mode?

I've been on propanalol for a while now, it really does help to reduce the physical effects of a panic attack as it will reduce your heart rate and calm your body down. So in a sense yes it will stop you running away, but the main issue I have is that it does nothing for the thoughts and emotions of a panic attack.

I suppose it depends on the person, propanalol has really helped me and it is worth a try
