Yes, I have seen one about diet and depression but unfortunately I can't remember any details! It was in Waterstones in the health section.

Saw the book yesterday-it's by Carolyn Humphries and is called Dispel Depression. It looked pretty good - info about the links between depression/diet and also lots of tasty recipes and eating plans.

Hiya. Theres a really good one (gives recipes and supplement ideas) called The mood cure, by Julia Ross. It's excellent-worth a read-I got mine from the local library but they have it on amazon. Maz
