    My thing is jigsaw puzzles. ..1000 pieces maximum though, any more and I wouldn't see the end in sight and give up! I have a couple of them framed around the house too. They've really helped my anxiety, just the concentration means no space in my head for other stuff. I love listening to music too, but usually end of feeling really melancholy as my music holds so many memories for me.

    I've bought loads of these books as christmas presents this year, from Book People and The Works. Also bought pencils to go with them, colour pencils seem more apt than felts for this.

    They make for a really excellent distraction, i got a mindfulness journal for christmas that someone got from the works it has like a different mini pattern to color everyday it's really awesome xx
