    No worries.

I've seen from a previous post of yours that you are worried about meds, and its a perfectly legit one. I tried to hold off them for a long long time but it got too much so I went on a small dose of Sertraline and its sorting me right out!

The side effects have been very manageable too. I would suggest you explore it.

I read that if you can walk on tiptoe and on your heels you are o/k and if you can pick things up you are o/k mnd is about failure once you cannot do them it could be mnd,but if you cannot pick something up one minute but you can the next you are o/k.I had this fear myself not long ago so i hope this helps you i am not a doctor but this is what i read.

Guess what I did straight after reading your post geezer46

I will speak to my doc about Sertralibe Colicsb35.

I thought I was feeling a bit better so cancelled my emergency appt earlier (also had to take daughter swimming - she already missed last week so was feeling guilty), I will make another appt with my usual GP when she's next in on Thursday. Needless to say I am feeling worse now (Sod's law) and am trying to take comfort in a glass of red wine.

    Good! Glad you cancelled!

Talk to your GP about CBT and Sertraline. Really helping me.

Also, I find the Headspace App really useful. Just take 10 mins out your day for some Mindfulness and it does make you feel more relaxed.
