Hi,

I have started having tea with lemon balm, limeflower, chamomile, passion flower, skull cap and rose and also a tincture of gotu kola, lemon balm, skullcap, vervain and damiana all of which are supposed to be good for anxiety and panic attacks. i have only started taking them today so will report back on how i get on xx
