    lower doses

Do people find that the lower doses, 7.5mg and 15mg, work for anxiety or only for sleep? Thanks.

I'm interested in any answers to this too. 15mg has helped me in the past but the last few days my anxiety has been bad and I'm thinking of asking the Dr to increase.

    Hiya,

From personal experience 15mg seemed to work best for my anxiety. It was also the best for sleep for me anyhow. When I quit down to 7.5mg the anxiety felt less predictable if that makes sense... ironically it was this which gave me the push to quit it completely.

When I was on 30mg I found it made all my emotions very flat. I withdrew from friends and family and felt I was going through the motions of day to day life. That said I acknowledge that as with all meds it's highly individual and the best person to make such calls about medication is you and your gp / psych.

    Good luck with your journey.

    Paul
