    Upset stomach/diarrhoea in hot weather?

    Hi,

    well, the hot weather has taken its toll today, as I have noticed it doing in the recent past. Does anyone else find that when the weather gets hot they get an upset stomach... or worse?

    I tend to get very tired and bunged up nose....

    My stomach is playing havoc with me at the moment these days anyway so.....
