Hello everyone I decided to join tonight after suffering on and off with severe anxiety and depression for 15 years, started after having children and comes and goes through the years I find when I'm unhappy with my life it's worse, been having a stressful time lately and health anxiety has come
Back with avenege! So after trawling the Internet (I know I shouldn't do it but my mind won't let me stop) and from reading on here as a outsider I thought I'd join and hopefully talking to People who understand what I'm going through it will help my current frame of mind x
