Just come on here and vent whenever you want to...We all just want to be there for you. The support and kindness you have had from people at home is only what you deserve and there are good people out there.

I know I can't say anything remotely helpful but just please use us when you need to shout because you must be so angry..

Hi Karina , good to hear from you pity it wasn't under better circumstances so I could have a laugh with you , I've got a few freinds who have lost kids and they thought they'd never laugh again but they do and you will one day but you must feel so raw , I know you have to carry this with you like a bloody great boulder in a ruck sack but from what I know of you , you are strong and you will carry it for your other kids , that bit of alone time must be the hardest I can't bare being alone with just my thoughts at times but I can see I've been lucky to have my family come through the bad times ,
You are in our thoughts and we will all send you some good luck for the future you bloody deserve some ,
For all that anger in you I suggest a poster of Donald trump nailed to a tree and go crazy ape shit at it with an axe , can't go to serious on you that's not how we are made , take care .
