Vitamin B6 and Evening Primrose Oil which are good for anxiety and PMT. I buy them from Holland and Barrett, as they are much cheaper than in Boots and I don't trust all those mailings that come through the door for mail-orer health products.
Magnesium, zinc, vit C and fish oil. I've just stopped taking Vit B.

Am I taking the right things?
I take Tesco multivitamins, Vit C 1000mg, Vit B 50, Garlic (when I remember), Omega 3 1000mg, Evening primrose and I take 2 iron tablets a day prescribed by my GP for my low ferritin.
Cherry, a friend of mine @ work takes omega 3, well she has recently stopped, she finds that they do,nt do anything for her, in fact she says that she keeps forgetting things lol. I take rescure remedy, and eat plenty of fish and fresh vegs. exercise is another get out in the fresh air, it will help.take care lorraine.xx

Hey there Cherry my other half who suffers anxiety and panic takes Multi B and omega 3 - that is all I have managed to convince him to take. I know he sprays his pillow with lavender and he also has some Rescue Remedy drops to fall back on if its getting a little hard some days - but the vitamins have been a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge help!
