Chest worries

[Lost all hope]

Hi does anyone get a constant ache or tightness in there chest I get it all the time it's really scary? I've had ecg everything was fine with that just wanted to know if anxiety can cause it to be there all the time?

I at the moment get chest pain/tightness pretty much 24/7. 5 ECGS have told me my heart is healthy.

I get that and apparently it's an anxiety thing but I do also see an osteopath to try and loosen it as she can reduce muscle tension, that really helps.
