Hi all.

thought i'd post up and say hello.

I've been suffering with anxiety that has got progressively worse over past 7/8 years.

I'm currently having hypnotherapy which seems to be starting to have a gradual positive affect, although I'm not expecting it to be an overnight miracle cure.
