1 of my symyhoms of acute anxiety

large list bought this one distress me the most a pain or discomfort in the heart area sends me into total panic been to hospotial all test fine ,do any one else suffer this anxiety is a nightmare thanks

I find that depersonalisation is the worst for me. I don't care much about the physical symptoms as my panic attacks are mental (nice play on words! lol).
