Hi Ems I'm 26 and in a similiar position, looking for friendship and mutual support. Us 'anxiety people' need to stick together and help each other as too often we are left to rot. There are too many kind people with lots of unused potential left isolated and struggling. I think it's a tragedy and just shouldn't be happening in the 21st century *gets off soapbox*. I'd love a penpal & someone to use cute stationery on haha. xx
