starting this tonight. kinda nervous. I'll let you know how I get on. got diazepam if I freak out I guess.

anyway if it makes me feel as great as a lot of what I've read I might be able to play golf again... although from what I'm reading my coordination will be bad so maybe my score will be terrible lol. I'd just be happy to be able to leave the house and play tbh

I've GAD and specific phobia (emetophobia). so this is the only thing I dare take.

I have 2mg diazepam I take if I get a mega panic attack. hadn't had any for months until about 6 weeks ago. really not keen on drugs at all but I need my overall anxiety level down so I can
function again.

referral letter for the lyrica says to increase every week up to 300mg.
