hello everyone, i have been a member on here for ages but never posted. it has been iinvaluable at times to be able to read others experiences and know that i am not the only one going through the trauma of living with mental health issues. i am having a real hard time at the moment and i am going to see if talking about it on here helps. thanks for reading guys and i know we will all get there one day, keep the faith ))))

Good morning lurchergirl. I for one am happy to see you come out of your little shell and say, Hi! Reading your message brought to mind two old sayings I grew up with, "preaching to the choir" & "misery loves company". The first because you understand where we are all coming from, and the second because you get it; sharing can be a positive experience in the right setting. I honestly believe NMP is a good place.

While it can be hard to share painful things, especially on an open forum. I have discovered that sharing my experiences as opened doors for me to heal and come to terms we what I have. My hope is that you can find the same peace as you walk your own path through our shared situation. Best to you lurchergirl, look forward to sharing more.
