Im from a small town and am gay but in the closet. on top of that I have always had bad anxiety since I had some kind of stomach disease when I was 11. Usually whenever I get too nervous or stressed my stomach hurts and then I feel worse or if my stomach hurts I get nervous and it gets worse. Ive never been a traveler, only having been to NYC for 3 weeks 15 years ago b/c my aunt lived there. We are going to th ebeach for a week and Ive spent all summer being nervous about the long drive and stay. I want to be happy and enjoy it not have attacks before. I also have surgery 2 days after we get back to have tubes put in both ears to help with this blocked eustachian tubes that have been giving me dizziness, migraines and issues for 10 years.
