I have found walking is very good for my anxiety. Anybody else tried it? Or other type of exercise they find helpful.

Yes walking has really helped me and that's why I recommend it to everyone on this forum. Sometimes it takes a huge effort to get going but once I'm out there I realize how much better I feel.

Yeah it does but I feel much better afterwards.
I go walking most days. I used to go everyday.
It does help with mine. It's not just the exercise it's a distraction, you get fresh air and a change of scenery. I nice walk amongst nature helps too.

I agree, fresh air and just getting out help.

Has anyone tried yoga?
Walking and yoga are both good for me
Yoga is very relaxing, the spiritual side is not for me but I like the breathing and the physical benefits.
