Any suggestions about books to read about anxiety. I have heard a lot about Claire Weeks????? Don't know if I got that name right. Anyways if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

Hi Dale,
I advocate Claire Weekes, I've been using her books since 2003. I've bought many other books but whenever my anxiety flares up hers is the first book I reference. Her method works, it's not easy but with practice it can be done. I find her very reassuring x

I have the Claire Weeks book.
Its a good read....if a little outdated when it advocates electric shock therapy lol.

Not sure if you can still get it but 'Feel the fear and do it anyway' is a good one. I think it is carol jeffers.
