I have been having flat/oval shaped stool for some time now, and I was wondering if this could be ibs. I haven't been diagnosed with ibs yet, but I've tested negative for everything else thus far. The alarming thing about my flat/oval stools is that they are this easy 100% of the time, and not only that, but they're also this way despite being firm. I do get loose stool too, but I'm more worried about the fact that they are shaped this way even when the consistency is a 3 or 4 on bristol chart. Does anyone with ibs experience this on a daily basis?
