Where do I begin? I am 26 and have a plethora of psychological ailments. They include ADD, GAD, HA, OCD and social anxiety. So maybe I don't have "all of it", but there's definitely some comorbidity taking place here. I have decided to join NMP after years of strictly browsing. This year has been fairly rough in terms of anxiety, with a special emphasis on HA and OCD. Man it's been terrible lately, but I've recently reached out to a therapist and plan on doing some cbt soon! I figured this forum could be a major help during my hopeful "recovery". I look forward to meeting the people of this forum. Have a great day everyone.

Hi Drisque! I'm Tracy. I have generalised anxiety and had a little ocd when I was first diagnosed (20 years ago). These were mainly intrusive thoughts. I'm now 40. I take sertraline 100mg which has helped with the ocd and depression but not for anxiety. The psych has prescribed Mirtazapine for anxiety which seems to be working. I do deep breathing and meditation regularly and also have learnt a few panic attack coping skills through an anxiety workbook. Good luck on your journey x
