    Smile where can you get cbt training

    i am wondering where i can get cbt training from as the doctors just look at me gone out when i ask for any help they only keep fobing me off with medication i am sure its doing my head in /i have had about enough of this horrid episode in my life i just want desperatly to be back to something like normal any answers or help much appreciated

    Quote the NICE guidlines at them and tell them you want referring for CBT.

    There is also an online one - called Moodgym.
