Hi guys I'm just wondering if you find that poor and little sleep makes your anxiety related palpitations worse?

I don't usually get palpitations more than a single one every few weeks but this week I've been under a lot of stress and sleeping worse and worse to the point where now I feel very tired and drained, and today I've had more ectopic a than I can count and feel like my heart is just slightly racing.

Sounds normal? And would it be best to exercise or avoid exercise in this case? I don't want to over tire myself and make it worse.
