Small holiday over - a success!

So I spent three days with the family and although I had initial anxiety before I went which was quite high I handled it with ease. It crazy how the
Mind tricks you into thinking that all is not well and something dreadful
Will happen. With my wife and kids as a focus my anxiety didn't stand a chance. Onwards and upwards. Go back 12 weeks ago and I couldn't leave the house.
