How is everyone?

How are you guys doing? I hope those who are doing well continue upwards, and those who are struggling can take comfort in the fact that recovery WILL come but in its own good time. It is so hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel when you are feeling so damn awful but keep battling on and you will get there in the end.

I was doing well, but over the past 5 days or so I have been in a major blip. I'm trying to remain positive and listen to those who tell me this will pass, but my God it is hard, especially when you've experienced the euphoria of feeling normal again for a while. What a cruel condition this is.

Hate the blips my time of the month again next week so in expecting a downer is coming but I'm getting there thank God so much better than I was even managed a night out at the weekend which was good for me. So glad we are finally getting there been a long few months xxx
