Hello I'm new to this site and already finding it really useful to get reassurance. I was first diagnosed with anxiety 8 years ago and was on medication and got help from a physiologist. I started to feel better and came of the medication after 2 years. From the start of this year I started to get symptoms and blimps again and Two months ago I was getting really bad again and was put back on medication, its currently week 8 and feeling a lot better in myself.
Hope to able to help others as going through this is not easy and scary.
