Hi Ruth! I'm Tracy. Just wondering how everything is going with the anxiety. I have also had some extreme anxiety lately, so can empathise with you. If you ever need to chat, I'm here. One thing I try to do is just take one day at a time or I can get overwhelmed. Are you doing any CBT or taking any medications? I think I saw in one of the forums that you take Mirtazapine (but I could be mistaken). Tracy
