please help me ecg worries

so last week i had to have two teeth out ...then had infection was put on metronzile or something
then i started getting palpatations i have a home bp monitor that has a irregular heartbeat monitor on it ... it kept randomly coming up on readings so i freaked i went to urgent care yesterday they ran an ecg it came back normal sinus rythm rsr pattern in v1 and v2
of course i googled and FREAKED! even though the doctor said it was ok
today the palpatation made me really breathless rang for paramedic re did the ecg again rsr pattern in v1 and v2?!

im so terrified what does this mean?! anyone have any idea
iv had ecgs and echo and stress test and holter in past neevr had this finding
i have huge heart worries online it says it related to rbbb but the paramedic said i dont have any other criteria

my worry is my monitor was picking something up then the ecgs why has this appeared out of nowhere
if anyone has any info itd be greatly apreciated

trying to tell myself that but all i keep thinking is it wasnt there a month ago ( routine ecg for pre existing heart condition) and fact the palpataions are continous :(

Agreed. When I had my heart issues, it was plainly evident with the SKG and blood work.

Tired (and you must be), you've had these fears for years. You're too young for coronary disease. I hope you find relief of your symptoms.
