300 mlgs effexor and 300 mlgs seroquel and still depressed

Hello there, i have been fighting a very strong anxiety and depression for about 6 months now i am taking 300 mlgs of venlafaxine xr and 300 mlgs seroquel xr daily for 3 months now and i am sill depressed very low motivation the seroquel i have only 2 weeks now but the venlafaxine i have like 3 months and 1 week and i can not lift my motivation at all, i am very frustated and getting kind of mad because i don't know what else to do?
any advise on my medications ?

It sounds like you need to go back to your Doctor and have your medication reviewed.

Just remember that medication alone will not make things better, you need to work through what the problem is, talking about it really helps.

Have you made an appointment with a Psychologist to talk to?
