I was suffering from ectopic heartbeat and missed beats for about a year. Went to a cardiologist and had all the tests - stress test, 24 hour heart monitor, 24 hour blood pressure cuff/monitor, ecg, ekg, blood work. After all said and done, the cardiologist said nothing was wrong with me.
My symptoms were every day, almost all the time, but were worse when I ate a larger meal.
Anyways, fast forward to today, and I have not had any symptoms for over a year now. I changed 2 things:
1. I started taking magnesium - I take 300 mg a day.
2. I went to a plant-based diet. Well, maybe 85% plant based. Still have the odd meat meal, but mostly a vegan diet now.
I don't know which of these 2 things caused my symptoms to completely disappear, but they have.
I just wanted to post this for those of you that might want to give it a try. Nothing to lose.
