Not enjoying own company anymore

Since I had a breakdown earlier in the year I don't enjoy my own company anymore anybody else like this? I prefer to be around some company.

im not keen on spending too much time on my own now either. try the chat room maybe? usually a few in. its not the same as face to face but still

I've mixed feelings with this.
On one hand being alone is mind numbing, I get bored easily, can't leave the house when I'm alone eyc, but on the other hand it's less stressful, if I feel like crying - I can cry without worrying others will judge me, if I want to sit there in silence etc etc.

A nice inbetween would suit me.

Perhaps distractions might help, I like to game, and I lose myself easily.

It is easier to be distracted when you are in company. So I am with you on that one!

Yes I also feel the same but its not your faults its the faults of your brain because it was feeling good with your ex company and now you are not feel good alone because brain missed that company
