    Extreme Weakness and Shaking/Trembling

Anyone ever had these two symptoms together at the same time? I got out of bed and nearly fell over my legs were so weak and wobbly. Then my whole body shook and trembled. I figure this is a normal symptom, but I'm just looking for confirmation.

    Thanks!

Yes, that's something that used to happen to me too. It's part and parcel of anxiety. Things will get better and you will get through this.

I feel like that a lot when i get up to quick..If you are taking meds.. or you have sinus issues then you probably are experiencing that ..my wife feels like this since i have known her everyday ..its just one of those things you have to take it easy getting up and dont just jump out of bed..Its pretty normal think that you will be fine..
