How can I though when I keep seeing things such as that :(
you wont see them if you dont look. switch to a double flush method. before you even stand up reach behind and flush. wipe then flush again.
when you stop worrying about your bowels theyll work more normally anyway. paradoxically your own anxiety is effecting the smooth running of your stomach. it works so much better when its relaxed.
always wash your hands
The only thing I'm terribly concerned about is incomplete evacuation ive been drinking more water etc but it doesnt seem to go :( I read before that it needs be checked out If you go more frequently than you're used to.
Ive had it in the past but it's never lasted this long but Id say since year 8 my bowels have never had a nomal pattern at all I was shocked last year when it went back to normal for about 6 months
you need to focus on your recovery from anxiety, not your bowel habits.
Sky maid is correct - anxiety really, really messes up your digestive system.
But it is nothing to be worried about.
For 1 week focus on anything else (non health related) other than your poo and see how you feel then - you may start to turn a slight corner.
I know you are fixated on the non complete evacuation but believe me, it really isn't anything at all to worry about, because you do not have bowel cancer.
Also dont take photos of your poo shapes.
There a video on Youtube I did which shows toilet habits.
Some people pay for things like that.

It would put me off eating sausages. Sometimes avoidance can be good.
Lockey, your GP needs to contact the IAPT provider because they shouldn't be sabotaging your therapy with his gaps. It does go on but it can be resolved with someone taking them to task over it. It's supposed to be a medical treatment aimed at you.

Ok i'll try tommorow i really need to stop looking i hope this incomplete evac goes away soon as well as this is scaring me :(. Is that an ibs symptom?
yes it is. sometimes I have to sit there for a while just in case theres a second salvo preparing for launch.
play some candy crush for a few minutes and relax. if nothing is happening then the turtle needed a few more hours sleep.
this is all common ibs/anxiety bowel stuff. after a few years of it it gets dull, thank god we have smart phones now.
try not to worry
well this morning it was pretty much the same, it's just strange how the first bit is fine normal shaped etc then the rest is just mushy like two different consistences in one movement. Just strange
