Ok one last one, what about lines and indents in it? like a groove like today I had my coffee in the morning went on a slight urge did one bigger bit a smaller piece with these grooves and a one rabbit pellet.When will it go back to normal ?!

I might try cutting out coffee in the morning and see if that changes anything.

Saying that though surely after 5 months it would have got allot worse by now?

What would be the ideal scenario? Ask yourself some questions.

Because I suspect you're looking for perfectly shaped same coloured, patterned stools.

That just isn't realistic so you're just wasting your energy even thinking about it.

you'll need to challenges the obsessive thoughts about poo to move past this. When you get the urge to look try and imagine a stop sign in you mind. Then recognised this is an obsessive thought and relable it to being part of your obsession. flush, without looking.

If you can manage this for a few days initially then longer over time the obsession will fade.

Where have you got this info from, Lockey? Why are you looking for this info? What good does it do you when you are trying to counter a stool obsession? It just feeds your anxiety. It makes your anxiety worse. It sets you off again on your obsessive stool inspection regime

Sorry I couldn't get back to you earlier just got home from work, Ideal situation would for it to go back to bloody normal as it used to be and to stop the worry. I'm having like slight spasms in my stomach now on lower left etc but they move :( Think I've had this before though
