I Did It-I took the Flight!

Hi everyone, just an update about my phobia-fear of flying. Yesterday I flew, alone, to gatwick and met a freind for a short shopping trip and flew back yesterday afternoon. I had been having daily panic attacks every day for 6 weeks but I did it and I am so relieved!If I can do it so can anyone else becasue there can't be many people worse than me!Bubbleblitt

well done you, my fear of flying stops megoing places i would love to visit,it,s not like i,ve never flown before, florida 4 times, cyprus 3 times spain twice rhodes once, but since 9/11 i am terrified of flying. generally all types of transport gives me the willies. november i will be the big 50 and my husband wants to take me to a place i,ve only dreamt of , NEW ZEALAND, i so want to go but am frightend, maybe i should put into practise my own signature.
