    Another positive day

Second day back at work today. Returned to my second staff training day. Took my cit and 20mg of propanolol instead of 30mg yesterday. Felt ok but not as comfortable as Friday. Lasted in the meeting and did not leave. Full day at work and exhausted. Last training day tomorrow and feeling positive. Only issue is a bad stomach. Anyone else have a bad stomach on cit or cit and prop together?

    Re: Another positive day

Well done Andy! You will hopefully sleep well tonight after a hard day at work. Anxiety plays havoc with our digestive systems, I've lost count of the amount of "bad stomachs" I've had and every morning I dry heave for at least 20 minutes because I feel so sick. I would hazard a guess at your dodgy tum just being a result of your return to work and the accompanying (slight) increase in your anxiety levels. It should all, settle down once you are back into the swing of things. Don't forget to drink plenty of water too. Xxx
