    meds

Went to the psychiatrist she changed a few things. The quetiapine lxr was changed to regular quetiaspine hoping it will help me sleep. She is going to consult with other dr about any other changes. Also can take Xanax as a prn up to 3 times daily, hopefully can get a head of the ocd, and anxiety. She also said that you can feel worse when you first start therapy sometimes, even though I like my therapist alot. She also said I am doing everything I should be doing so not to feel bad or guilty. Anyways we will see how it goes. Hope everybody else is doing well. Beth

So far today the depression had much worse than the anxiety, so we will see how it goes. The depression is pretty bad though.
